Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ironwood Home Solutions portal (the "Portal"). By creating an account or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

The Portal supports Ironwood's solar, roofing, and home remodeling operations. Depending on your role, it may let you manage leads and appointments, generate quotes and estimates, send and sign contracts, upload project documents and photos, track project milestones, and communicate with other participants in a project.

Access to the Portal is by invitation or registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access levels differ by role (representative, operations, marketing, subcontractor, homeowner), and you may only use the features and data your role permits. We may suspend or remove access at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

Quotes and estimates produced through the Portal — including roofing, decking, window, and siding estimates — are good-faith approximations based on the information entered and imagery available at the time. They are not binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Prices, measurements, timelines, and material quantities may change after a site inspection or upon execution of a contract. Payment schedules shown in the Portal reflect the milestones of the signed contract for your project.

Deposits, milestone payments, and financing are governed by the signed contract for your project and by any third-party financing provider or lender you choose. The Portal displays payment status for convenience and is not a substitute for your contract or lender statements.

You retain ownership of documents and photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant Ironwood a non-exclusive license to store, access, and share them with the participants of your project (representatives, subcontractors, and operations staff) as needed to perform and support the work.

You agree not to misuse the Portal: no unauthorized access to other users' data, no scraping or bulk downloading of data you are not party to, no uploading of malicious files, and no use of the Portal to harass others or for any unlawful purpose. Field photos and documents you upload must relate to legitimate Ironwood projects.

The Portal, its software, branding, and content — other than your uploaded documents — are owned by Ironwood and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Portal beyond the limited right to use it for its intended purpose.

The Portal integrates with third-party services such as Google sign-in, electronic signature providers, document storage, calendar, and payment systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Ironwood is not responsible for their content or practices.

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironwood will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal, including any reliance on quotes or estimates generated through it. Liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you have paid to Ironwood for the project concerned, if any.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Effective" date shown above, and continued use of the Portal after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
